Dana Point Aquatics, Dana Point, CA                                                                                                                         1994 to present

Executive Director/Program Administrator/Head Athletic Coach

t     Founder and Director of Dana Point Aquatics Club, a successful and growing Aquatics Club.
t        Responsible for  program development, management; scheduling, planning and implementation of aquatic activities, including swim lesson, competitive swimming and water polo, adult/senior aquatic fitness, aquatic day camps, recreational/lap swim, Jr. Lifeguard conditions and Red Cross Certifications in Lifeguard Training, CPR, First Aid, Community Water Safety & Safety Training for Swim Coaches.

t        Contracted with the City of Dana Point (1999 to 2003). Develops & manage the Cities Summer Aquatics Programs.

t        Contracts with homeowner associations providing Red Cross Lifeguards and Swim lesson programs.

t        Oversees all bookkeeping functions including all finance management and annual budget preparation.

t        Performs all facets of public relations.

t        Manages all scheduling of games, meets, officials, fund raising, and awards

t        Created and directs a competitive swimming and water polo league in Orange County.
