DPAC Philosophy
To promote health, water safety, fitness and character growth through the avenue of aquatic activities and sports. Our method of teaching and coaching is positive. We encourage, build up and do it through and environment of fun. We believe if children are happy than learning and growth are positive and productive.
For Team members we encourage, hard work, commitment, sportsmanship, personal goal setting and teamwork. We will prepare and encourage athletes to be the best they can be but, we understand that winning at all cost is detrimental to their personal growth. We understand that hard work can be fun. We understand that children have other activities that enhance team membership.
