Age and Level: (pre-requisite: must be able to swim unassisted across the pool safely 

Beginner 5-8yrs: Students will learn proper stroke technique. Emphasis on Freestyle Backstroke and Breaststroke. Students will begin to learn to dive and tread water. Conditioning is included in stroke drills.

Older Beginners 9-14yrs: Students will learn proper stroke technique. Emphasis is on Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke. Students will learn to dive and tread water. Conditiong is included in stroke drills.

Intermediate 7-14yrs: Students will will learn proper stroke technique in all 4 competitive swim strokes. Students will practice turns and dives.

Advanced 7-14yrs

Dates: New class begins each Month. call for schedule 661-0708. No Practice on legal Holidays.

Levels and Age Divisions
